Helldivers 2, more often than not, is a playground for all things chaotic. Friendly fire isn’t a player’s best friend here, and if things aren’t coordinated properly, disaster strikes. Such was the fate shared by popular streamer Dr Disrespect and his squadmate TimtheTatman.

In a gameplay clip shared by him, Dr Disrespect is shown to be spectating the squadmates while landing some of the worst advice known to citizens inHelldivers 2.It’s not surprising, considering Dr Disrespect’s skills aren’t being carried over fromCall of Duty.
Pulled the pin? Let go of the grenade!
In a clip shared by Dr Disrespect on Twitter, fans and veterans can learn a lesson or two aboutHelldivers 2.As a wise game once put it, ‘When the pin is pulled,Mr.Grenade is not our friend.’ However, over the years, first-person games have allowed players to pull the pin and hold onto a grenade until the time feels right to throw it.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t really work inHelldivers 2, and the streamer and his squadmate learned this the hard way. While the streamer was spectating his buddy TimtheTatman, he asked not to throw the grenade. And well, the rest is history.

So, what’s worse than blowing up your friend in battle? Letting them blow themselves up because you were too sure of yourself. And, those first-person shootertactics just didn’t work here. Looks like someone needs to hone those ‘Helldiving‘ skills a little better.
Helldivers 2 isn’t new to such shenanigans
In the past, countless players have either fallen victim to misplaced explosions or purposefully led a team to its downfall. Whatever the reason may be, these gameplay design decisions were accurately placed by Arrowhead in an attempt tomake the gameplay more rich and exciting. After all, when you know your buddies can be as deadly as enemies, you gotta be twice as careful.
“Suit up, soldier!” The First Official Merchandise For Helldivers 2 Has Landed and It Looks Pretty Sweet
On the surface, this might seem a bit annoying to new players. But, the reality lies in the fact that players love these mechanics as much as they love the challenge it poses. Not only does this create a lot of hilarious moments, but it also adds a tinge of challenge to every mission players take on.
Sure, your head or leg or every other bone in your body may part ways from one another, but these memories will last forever. Unless you’re an extremely popular streamer who just showed the world that skills simply don’t transfer between every co-op game that exists.
