While the rapper has denied the allegations, a former prosecutor believes they are enough to seriously harm the reputation of both Jay-Z and his wife, Beyoncé.

The allegedincidenttook place in 2000 at the VMA after-party. As perNBC News, the anonymous victim aka Jane Doe was driven to the afterparty where she was s*xually assaulted by bothDiddy(Sean Combs) andJay-Z(Shawn Carter).
According to the lawsuit, the victim approached limousine drivers in an attempt to gain access to the VMAs or the afterparty. One of the drivers told her that he worked for Combs and that she exactly“fit what Diddy was looking for.”

As for Jay-Z, he has denied any and all allegations against him calling them“heinous in nature.”He added,
