Warzone 2DMZ’s Faction Missions are a great way to acquire various rewards, including weapon blueprints, operator skins, contraband weapons, tonnes of XP, and much more. Now that you have reached reputation level 15 with Black Mous, you will be able to carry out theStory Mission: Title Deed. Fulfilling this mission will require you to head into both Vondel and Al Mazrah.

Title Deed is the Story Mission for Tier 4 of the Black Mous Faction as of Season 4. To complete it, you will need totake the hard drive from the Phalanx’s Vondel University Dead Drop, thentake the decrypted B21 hard drive from the Al Mazrah Observatory Dead Drop, and thenupload both hard drives at the same time on Al Mazrah. Fulfilling all three steps will reward you with the Neon Revolution calling card and 30,000 XP.
To fulfill the very first objective of Title Deed, you will be tasked withtaking the hard drive from the Phalanx’s Vondel University Dead Drop. Those of you that have completed the missionSpetnaz Exposedshould be familiar with this particular Dead Drop, as you had to deliver the Spetnaz Documents here for the final step. you may find the Vondel University Dead Dropbehind the gas station to the east of the Universityon Vondel.
Simply open up the dumpster and take out the hard drive inside to secure mission progress. You will also need toextract the hard drive, as it will have to be taken over to Al Mazrah to carry out the final part of this mission. Now that you have secured the hard drive, infil into Al Mazrah with it in your backpack and move on to the second objective.

To fulfill the second objective of Title Deed, you will need totake the decrypted B21 hard drive from the Al Mazrah Observatory Dead Drop. Luckily enough, the Dead Drop at the Observatory can still be found beside the Yum Yum Burger Restaurant on thenortheast side of Zaya Observatory.
Just like before, simply loot the hard drive within the dumpster to complete the second objective.
Uploading Both Hard Drives At The Same Time On Al Mazrah
To fulfill the third and final objective of Title Deed, you will be tasked withuploading both hard drives at the same time on Al Mazrah. Now that you have both hard drives,head over to any Upload Stationon Al Mazrah - the nearest one can be found at theradio tower on the north side of Zaya Observatory.
Head on up the radio tower and interact with the computer terminal found at the top. Doing so will trigger an upload progress, and once it has concluded, the Black Mous Tier 4 Story Mission will be complete.
If youlose either hard drive before uploading them, you willneed to retrieve them againin separate deployments.
