How To Use The Heavy Bolter
There are two criteria to wielding this weapon, and that isa strength stat of 60 and that character being Heretical.To be Heretical, that charactermust have a higher Heretical rank than Dogmatic or Iconoclast.The other requirement is that the character has a strength stat of 60. Strength is acharacteristic and is not powered up often through levels, making a score of 60 difficult to achieve with just any character.
Despite having “Bolter” in the name, Bolter Proficiency is not needed to wield this weapon. Due to the very high strength stat,Soldiers will have the best bet at wielding this weapon,and players are able torespec charactersif needed to take advantage of this weapon.The Heavy Bolter is an incredibly powerful weapon to use so early into the game, withvery high ammo and burst fire counts,making it well worth the effort for players to build a character around.
