Maguire’s Spider-suit remains one of the most iconic superhero suits to come out of Hollywood, but despite the fame and sentiments that are associated with it, it is nowhere close to being as costly as the suit that the latest iteration of the character has been wearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

This price tag is nowhere close to what Sony shelled out for either Spider-Man suit, which was relatively cheaper, all things considered. However, this price point seemed more than worth it, given that Peter’s main suit from the film would become his default until the end of the trilogy.

Given that there will be a focus on the multiverse, which is something a fourth Spider-Man film is not going to be able to focus on, there might be some incoherence between what the film delivers and what the MCU manages to do at large. However, the franchise is not a stranger to self-contained films that are divorced from the larger narrative, which might be the case for the fourth Spider-Man film after all.
