John Wickhas been one of the most iconic action franchises in all of Hollywood. Keanu Reeves’s portrayal of the titular character was incredible, to say the least. Not only were the fight sequences captivating, but the world that the story built and the dynamics were some of the most interesting in the genre.
While the series had an excellent run, the main story of Wick finished with the fourth part, which ended with Reeves’s character passing. It is only natural that fans cannot let this be the end of his character when the series is still going on. Recently, a fan-made trailer was released online for a hypotheticalJohn Wick 5and the concept is quite interesting.
John Wick Is Alive?
There have been more than a few enthusiastic fans who have tried to come up with potential reasons why John Wick could come back for another film. Be it using plot devices that already exist in that world, or creating new stories from the past or present that would be perfect for another film.
Recently,Darth Traileron YouTube released a fan-made trailer for a hypotheticalJohn Wick 5. This was done using clips from past films, dialogue, as well as conversations from elsewhere. Interestingly enough, the story starts after Wick ‘dies’.
“They buried me six feet under, but I dug my way back for an encore. Death’s applause is addictive,”said Wick in the trailer.
The video starts by making it clear that Wick is not dead. They wanted to believe that a legend as powerful and iconic as him could also be struck down, however, they were deeply mistaken. They then introduced the conflict of the film; revenge.

John Wick Is Coming Back For Revenge
John Wick 4ended withKeanu Reeves’scharacter challenging Caine to a duel in other to gain his freedom from the high table. Unfortunately, he was unable to do that as during this fight, he ended up dying. The audience is also shown a shot of Wick being buried next to his wife.
“They took everything from you; your peace, your freedom. And it’s time to take your revenge.”said the trailer.
The trailer proposes that Wick managed to survive this attempt at his life and is no longer interested in walking away from the council of the crime lords. He, instead wants to get revenge for what happened and is planning to kill those who tried to kill him.

This is an interesting concept because the High Table is supposed to have twelve members and not all have been revealed yet. On top of this, The Shinobi, The Adjudicator, and the Harbinger are still alive. Additionally, it is still not clear if Caine is alive or not.
