Mark Scicluna, a former illustrator for Rockstar Games, has used his amazing talent to turn some of the most beloved video games into vintage comic book covers, includingThe Last ofUs,Red Dead Redemption, and more.

Many of our favourite titles from Rockstar Games have been worked on by Scicluna, including the likes ofL.A Noire, GTA Online, Red Ded Redemption 2,andBully. Although the illustrator no longer works under Rockstar Games, they are still putting their amazing talent to good use.

Included in the artwork isGod of War, Horizon Forbidden West, The Last of Us, and Red Ded Redemption. These titles are arguably some of the biggest hits of the 2000’s, withGod of WarandThe Last of Usbeing the two biggest PlayStation exclusives, whilstRed Dead Redemptionis one of Rockstar Games' biggest properties.

Even though all four games couldn’t be any further apart in terms of genre, they all work amazingly well as vintage comic book covers. This raises the question, does everything work as a vintage comic book cover, or is Mark Scicluna justTHATgood?

Either way, fans are loving the recently shared artwork.David Atkinsonsaid “amazing talent”, whilstNoWhereManexpressed their love by replying “I could not love your stuff any more. Wow man”. Many others were also blown away by the comic book recreations, withGussaying the work was “beautiful” andDannystating that it “rules!”.

A large number of fans questioned whether or not Mark had done more artwork in this style, and thankfully, the answer is yes. The artist has previously turned many smash-hit video games into vintage comic book covers. Including the likes ofResident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, Crash Bandicoot, and many more.
