TBATE Episode 142 Recap
The previous chapter of TBATE started with Lances discussing something among themselves while Arthur was waiting for them. Bairon carries Lucas’s body in his arms and flies away. Olfred, on the other hand, calls for his ship, and he, along with Varey and Arthur, heads to the prison in the floating castle.
Bairon, on the other hand, reaches his mansion and meets his father, Otis. Otis is furious at Lucas for dying in such a shameful act. But as he is also concerned about his family name, Otis berates Bairon for not avenging his brother’s death on the spot. Otis then asks why Lucas was killed, to which Bairon Replies that he was terrorizing a school alongside a man named Draneeve.
To make Arthur pay for his deeds, Otis calls Adeline and makes her send a message to the council. He makes her write that Lucas had no choice but to help Draneeve fulfill his evil deeds. And as a result, Lucas lost his life at the hands of Arthur. In order to serve justice to the Wykes family, Arthur should be given the death penalty.
