TBATE Chapter 135 Recap
In chapter 135, we see Lucas confronting Tessia. While he talks to her, Tessia uses her power to attack him and tells him to shut up. Lucas laughs at Tessia and asks if she is the one who will try to stop him. Lucas Picks her up from her collar and tells her that she might end up liking him more than her boyfriend. Tessia smiles and humiliates Lucas by saying that he is using the same drug that killed Marcois, and now he is after Arthur.
Lucas slams Tessia on the ground, then slaps her and warns Tessia that he might not be killing her, but it’s not necessary; he will keep her in one piece. Tessia uses her magic to get hold of Lucas, but he quickly breaks her spell and sets himself free. Lucas then slides Tessia’s bracelet back into her hand and warns her to keep it on. He then holds her hair tightly and drags her with him. She can’t move her body but sees the chaos with a blurred vision.
Beasts are attacking the city, and Elijah does everything he can to defeat them. The beasts attack Elijah, and he pops three pillars from the ground, killing all three of them. Elijah notices a staff member convincing students to be part of the cultists in exchange for sparing their lives. He is shocked to see that even the professors are part of the cultists. Elijah tries to save a girl from the professor, but he blocks Elijah’s attack. Then we see Curtis appearing from nowhere and attacking the professor with his lion.
Elijah asks Curtis about Arthur and Tessia, to which he replies that they both aren’t back at the school yet. After being asked about their next move, Curtis replies that they should probably remain alive while the soldiers arrive. Suddenly we see an announcement telling the students and the faculty to make their way to the clock tower. Then we see a bag of dripping blood being carried by Draneeve, most probably, carrying someone’s head.
