What Happened Previously On The Ancient Magus' Bride?
In the Waste Tower, Fabio guided Chise’s group to collect unique plants and gems, visible only to a select few. Mysterious conditions surrounded seeing the plants. Renfred encountered Alice, and their complicated relationship surfaced. On the other hand, Zoe and Chise suspected they were being watched, possibly due to the holiday. Rian and Philomela’s encounter revealed underlying tensions, while Isaac observed from the shadows.
Alice and Renfred discussed their complex relationship. Zoe faced an ambush by strange sorcerers but used his powers to escape. Lucy and Seth had a tense argument in the infirmary. Chise encountered Fabio, who revealed her unique ability to see special plants. Fabio offered to replace Elias but was scared off by an apparition of Joseph. He disclosed that Chise could only see the plants if she had taken a life. Zoe joined the scene, leaving Chise in confusion.
