Yuji’s battle with Sukuna inJujutsu Kaisenis taking new turns with every chapter. While Yuji is trying his level best to defeat the King of Curses with the help of other sorcerers, he has been unsuccessful as of yet, but looking at Sukuna’s current condition, his and ultimately the series’ conclusion is coming closer.

However, Gege Akutami’s past endeavors as the mangaka of one of the biggest anime and manga series suggest that they might have planned something special for the conclusion ofJujutsu Kaisen.Fans have devised many theories regarding the conclusion of the series, but almost every one of them has a lot of loose ends that do not justify the ending.
However, there is one theory that explains the innate cursed technique of Yuji and how he would be able to unlock it during the conclusion. The theory also explains how the Jujutsu world will survive the evil of Sukuna and finally brings a conclusion to Akutami’s magnum opus.

Jujutsu Kaisen’sTheory Explains Yuji Itadori’s Innate Cursed Technique
Despite being the vessel for the King of Curses, Yuji also serves as the counterpart of Sukuna. He is the exact opposite of Sukuna, in terms of nature, personality, relationships, and even power levels (although Yuji is slowly catching up). The theory posted by a fan account calledu/KashimoIsMyFemboyon Reddit explains how all these aspects reveal Yuji’s innate technique.
Jujutsu Kaisen Theory: After Yuji and Megumi, Sukuna Will Take Over Yuta
According to the theory, as Yuji is the opposite of Sukuna in almost every aspect, his innate cursed technique is also bound to be the exact opposite of Sukuna’s. Sukuna’s cursed technique is based on the idea of war, conflict, and destruction from the Heian era. This is why his cursed techniques involve attacks like dismantle and cleave.
Therefore,Yuji’s cursed techniquewill be most likely based on the ideas of salvation, protection, and empowerment. The theory states that this innate cursed technique will somehow help Yuji bring back all the fallen sorcerers and empower them to ultimately fight the King of Curses once again and defeat him.

Yuji’s Depressing Fate inJujutsu Kaisen
The theory also focuses on the conclusion ofJujutsu Kaisenand how Yuji’s cursed technique will play an important role in it. According to the theory, Sukuna will win against every last sorcerer, even Yuji, and when Yuji accepts his defeat, his innate cursed technique will finally be awakened and help him revive every fallen sorcerer, along with Kenjaku.
All the sorcerers will combine together and finally defeat the King of Curses. However, Sukuna would once again transform himself into cursed objects (his fingers) in hopes of coming back to life once again someday. However, Kenjaku, who desires balance in the world, will offer Yuji a chance to end hatred once and for all if he agrees to eat Sukuna’s fingers.

Another Jujutsu Kaisen Character Defied the Odds More than Itadori Yuji for the King of Curses
Yuji will accept it, eat the fingers, and then Megumi, along with Tengen, will merge Sukuna and Yuji into a single body that will entrap Sukuna forever. But still, as a precaution, Yuji would ask for imprisonment for eternity so that he could keep the powers of Sukuna in control, keep them hidden, and keep theJujutsu Kaisenworld safe.
