Super Mario RPGfeatures many typical JRPG mechanics. It featuresvarious playable characterswho you may swap between for your party setup, traveling to many different locations, and plenty of different items. Some of these items will need special currencies, such as Frog Coins.
Frog Coins can be acquired in many different ways, but some ways will help you rack them up much faster. You can then head off and buy special items from the merchants that accept these coins, such as theExp. Booster from the Frog Coin Emporium.

Sky Bridge Expert Mode
Head over to thelast area in the Field of Land’s End. Here you will find a Save Block with apink flower to its left. Bounce off this flower to the next pink flower. Repeat this process until you reach the top platform, and you will see aledge with a signnext to it. Go over this ledge to reach theSky Bridge mini-game. Spend 5 coins and select “Expert” for your reward to be a Frog Coin. The trick to beating this mini-game is to just wait andjump over the Bullet Bill once it is in front of youtowards the next step. So long as you do not rush, and justjump over each Bullet Billas it nears you, you won’t have to worry about any of them hitting you. Once you get to the end of the course, you will be offered thechance to double your winningswith each follow-up attempt, but the next attemptwill be harder than the last. However, if you should fail, you lose everything.
Wiggler Jumping In The Forest Maze
As you progress through the game, you will need topass through the Forest Mazewhile followingGeno— this location can be found to thenorthwest of Rose Town. Once you enter the area,head northeast, and you will see aWriggler walking arounda tree stump with a hole in the top. Wait for the Wriggler to go into the stump and thencome back out. If you can successfullyjump on this Wriggler 10 timesbefore it goes back into the stump,you will get 1 Frog Coin. Once it goes back into the stump, it willcome back out shortlyafterward — you can repeat this an infinite number of times. This method takes some skill, butit can be repeated indefinitely, and it is a fast way to rack up Frog Coins. With how close this is to the start of the area and how fast you can complete it,this can be much fasterthan the previously mentioned farming method.
