If you want to join the Ebbside Strikers, it is pretty easy. They are looking for anyone who wants to get rid of the Disciples, and if you speak to the locals, all the locals want them gone. If you travel to Madam Savauge’s in the Ebbside neighborhood of Neon, you will find the Ebbside Strikers on the top floor. If you speak to their leader, they will ask you to complete a simple quest to join them.

(This is one way to purchase an apartment in New Atlantis.)

If you walk in and look to your left, you will see their leader sitting at a desk. He will have you take a test (where you must destroy some spaceships) and then you will be told you can join. Once this happens, they will send you on your first mission.

He will ask you to meet him in Akila City where you will need to stop a bank robbery. After stopping this, the locals will encourage you to join the Freestar Rangers. This faction is identical to the Thieves Guild for anyone who has played Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls series. You will spend your time ensuring that Ryujin Industries stays at the top of the corporate ladder.

to join this faction, you will need to approach one of their kiosks located in either New Atlantis or Neon. Once you do this, you’re able to put in a job application to start working there. After a short interview and a few minor quests, you will be accepted as a member of the faction. 1Constellation

Constellation is the main faction in the game, and it is the only one that you will be forced to join. This is the last known group dedicated specifically to space exploration. They work out of New Atlantis on the planet of Jemison. This will prompt Constellation to take notice of you and send a representative to come meet you. After this, you will be accepted with open arms.
