How To Reach The Ice King’s Door
Once you get past the Monkey King by working with your partner to learn his various dance moves, you will find out how to access the area of the game that hosts the Ice King’s castle.
Once that happens, you will need to reach the door and complete the puzzle before you can make it to the next section of the chapter. Thankfully, while this puzzle looks complicated initially, it isn’t too bad.

To reach the door and its puzzle, you will need to enter the door past the Monkey King’s domain, which will take you to the Ice King’s castle.To reach that door, you will need to have Zoe use her tree form while Mio uses her monkey one.
You will see a section of a broken bridge that Zoe can move while Mio is on top of it. While in the monkey form, Mio can easily ride this section of the broken bridge and jump over the ice, allowing her to access the door to the Ice King’s domain.
Once inside, you will just need to follow across the bridge and hit some grappling points. The door with this puzzle is directly across from the main bridge at the castle.
How To Get Past The Ice King’s Door
Upon finding the door, you will see that there is a lock and four buttons on it.Zoe will need to transform into a fairy while Mio goes into her monkey form. From here, the two of you’re able to complete the puzzle.
The main thing to keep in mind during this puzzle is that you will need to go through a couple of stages.
Anytime Mio hits a button, the corresponding stick inside the lock will shake.
Ice King Door Puzzle Solution
For this puzzle, Zoe will need to make the sticks inside the lock look like the solution in the picture above.The first stick corresponds with button 2, the second corresponds to button 4, the third corresponds to button 1, and the final one corresponds to the third button.
Once they are all turned the correct way, Mio will just need to hit each button to cause the sticks to lock into place. After hitting each button, the door opens, and the two can pass through.
