With Goddard involved, the prospect is enhanced much further. His close familiarity with Daredevil ensures authenticity and offers the MCU’s everyday heroes a new angle. His ability to create intense, incredibly realistic action scenes that depict the violent dance between villains and heroes in the shadows of the city is just amazing. Beyond the joy of the moment, this movie has the potential to be a game-changer for the MCU.

Doing this would be great: Spidey discovers the underworld of crime that commonly gets ignored by Avengers level characters. Confident in himself since he used to work with Stark, he goes for it & Kingpin wrecks the Spider-Man. Then Daredevil comes in and begins mentoring Peter.

In addition to featuring spectacular action,Spider-Man 4alongside Daredevil and Kingpin might also explore a personal narrative for Peter Parker. Parker may have to face his own weaknesses and the burden of his responsibilities as Spider-Man if one of his close ones is threatened by Fisk’s schemes. Everyone will be hankering after more when a gritty, dark movie with amazing action, moral puzzles, and an expanded MCU.
Blind Justice, Bloody Ballets: The Enduring Power of Drew Goddard’sDaredevil
Fans found great resonance inDrew Goddard‘sDaredevil, which was more than just a superhero series—rather, it was a masterwork of grim, dark narrative. Imagine Hell’s Kitchen, not as a neon wonderland, but as a concrete jungle teeming with corruption and despair. That’s the backdrop for Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer by day and vigilante by night. Moreover, the show isn’t afraid to get its hands dirty delving into the harsh moral complexities.
But violence isn’t the only thing inDaredevil. It’s about struggling to live a meaningful existence in a dangerously unstable environment, as well as the fight for justice and atonement. The characters are complex, the script is razor-sharp, and the performances—especiallyCharlie Cox‘s dark portrayal of Matt Murdock—are superb. The action sequences are another highlight of the show.

They’re visceral, balletic, and utterly unique, utilizing Murdock’s heightened senses and blindness to create something truly special. Every kick and punch feels powerful, which is a credit to the show’s exquisite choreography. It makes sense why people adoreit—Daredevilredefined what a superhero program might be by shattering the mold. It was bold enough to be genuine, and gloomy, and to pose difficult queries of justice and morality.
And in doing so, it created a work of art that, even years after its release, continues to resonate. Thus, even ifSpider-Man 4promises thrilling new MCU adventures, it’s important to remember the influence of series likeDaredevil. They challenged convention, daring to be unique, and in the end, produced something quite remarkable. AlthoughDaredevil: Born Againwill not reach Disney+ until 2025, fans are still very excited about it.
