Only a few franchises have kept audiences invested for decades and one of them isJurassic Park. Its groundbreaking debut in 1993 introduced us to the world of dinosaurs, and the saga has continued, withJurassic World: Rebirthbeing the latest installment.

The Scarlett Johansson starrer will continue to carry the legacy and already seems like a promising thrilling experience. Moreover, you might also get a deja vu ofJurassic Park 3after watching the trailer, and here’s why!
The boat sequence inJurassic World: Rebirth
In the official trailer, we’ve got a sneak peek of the action-packed sequences that await us. There’s one scene that stands out in particular and it featuresScarlett Johansson, who portrays Zora Bennet, along with her team as she boards a boat.
While navigating the dangerous waters, the team faces some fearsome creatures, and in the attack sequence, we see a familiar aquatic predator return, i.e., Mosasaurus. The massive dinosaur is accompanied by yet another one, called Spinosaurus.

In the scene, it appears that the ferocious beings are orchestrating an attack. The sequence shows just how high-stakes the survival horror elements will be, as Zora and the group attempt to stay alive and complete their mission while fighting these deadly creatures.
Jurassic Park 3features a similar deadly scene
Longtime fans of the franchise would immediately recognize the boat attack sequence inJurassic World: Rebirth. The scene is quite similar to one inJurassic Park 3when we see Dr. Alan Grant and his group in a desperate situation, where they are on a boat that is ambushed by the Spinosaurus.
In the third installment of the classics, which isone of the best in the franchise, the dinosaur proves its dominance by attacking the boat and showing its sheer strength that could easily overturn it, and hunt down everyone who’s trapped inside. It’s among the most intense moments in the film, where you feel everything, from claustrophobic terror to the thrill of action.
