Registeel is a pureSteel-type Pokemon, which means it has some pretty easily accessible weaknesses. Relying onthese type weaknessesis essential to coming out of the battle victorious. Can Mega Registeel Be Shiny?
Registeel can indeed be shinyin Pokemon GO! Players can encounter this mint green Titan Legendary with about a 1/20 chance. This may not seem very high, but Raid battles are one of the best ways to shiny hunt in Pokemon GO, so players wanting to increase their chances of obtaining one of these Pokemon should complete as many Registeel Raids as possible while it is still around.
Players who encounter a shiny Registeel should keep in mind that shiny legendary encounters have a 100% catch rate. Players should use a Pinap Berry in these instances to get a few additional Candy for the legendary!
How To Catch A Perfect IV Registeel
If players are trying to catch a Registeel with perfect stats, they should look at the CP stat. A perfect Registeel will always have one of two CP values, depending on the weather at the time of the Raid. If theweather is Snowy, a perfect IV Registeel will have a1748 CP. If the weather is anything other than Snowy, the CP value of a perfect IV Registeel will be1398!
A perfect IV Registeel will have a1398 CP, and a perfect weather-boosted Groudon will have a1748 CP.
