TM’s are an acronym forTechnical Machine. TM’s can be implemented to help teach aPokémonto move. TM’s look like CDs, and they’re usually obtained by doing various challenges,beating gym leaders, or finding them in spread-apart spots hidden throughout the map.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Southern Province TM Locations Gym

There is an ample amount of TMs scattered throughout the world ofPokemon Scarlet & Violet’s Paldea region –171of them. Upon acquiring a TM, players can craft it, meaning the more TMs in the player’s possession, the more TMs and possibilities a player has at their disposal. Crafting TMs is seamless and can be done as soon as the player heads back to a Pokémon Center.

A TM Machine will entail various stats about a selected TM, including a description, power, accuracy, PP, etc.

Acquired as a reward after beating Katy at the Cortondo Gym

Area Six, on a dusty trail on the east of the mountain - can be obtained by dropping from the top of the mountain

Area Six, on the lower part of the mountain, southeast of the lake, found on the trail

Flare Blitz (TM165)

Alfornada, given as a league rep reward from the Pokémon Center

Skill Swap (TM098)

Alfornada, close to a barrel outside the northwest building on the left

Alfornada, next to a window outside the gym on the right side

Psychic (TM120)

Alfornada, given as a reward after defeating Gym Leader Tulip against Psychic-type Pokémon

Area Three, given as a reward for defeating the Fairy Crew Base - Team Star

Close Combat (TM167)

Area Two, given as a reward for beating the Fighting Crew Base - Team Star

Ice Beam (TM135)

Area One, on the northeast side of the Glaseado Mountain, the TM is found on the lowest tip of the small island on the side

Encore (TM122)

Area Three, east of the lighthouse, on the threshold where the ocean and river meet

Bulldoze (TM028)

Area Three, on a teeny island just northwest of the coast, a similar island is southwest of it

Power Gem (TM101)

Dallzapa Passage, if the player heads up the Glaseado Mountain, the TM is found on a cliff

Thief (TM018)

Glaseado Mountain in the southwest portion of the mountain - players will be able to oversee the West Province from this vantage point

Bug Buzz (TM162)

Glaseado Mountain to the western portion of the mountain, players can find a flowing river on its side. Nearby is a lake - the TM is southwest of it, underneath a snowy tree

There are two lakes, small and large that are connected - on the west side of the mountain, players can find the TM on the bank of the smaller lake

Shadow Ball (TM114)

Given as a reward for beating Ryme in the Montenevera (Ghost-Type) Gym

Ice Spinner (TM124)

Given as a reward for beating the Glaseado (Ice Type) Gym

Solar Beam (TM168)

Lake Casseroya, on the east side on the biggest island in the central portion of the lake

Dragon Claw (TM078)

Lake Casseroya, on the largest island on the lake, on the northernmost point of the island
