Helldivers 2has been making quite the noise ever since it arrived on PC and PlayStation 5. The success was quite surprising, and the community has been sharing clips of gameplay all over the internet. A creative few have even managed to craft a trailer that mentions Xbox.

No matter how much the community has been loving the game so far, Xbox players are feeling disheartened by the game’s absence on Xbox Series S/X, and there’s no official word around the same. Well, at least we can enjoy the Hollywood-esque trailer for now.

With Bonnie Tyler’sHolding Out for a Heroplaying as a backdrop to a highly cinematic trailer showing offHelldivers 2’sadrenaline-filled gameplay, a user shared a fan-made trailer for the game that focuses on bringing it to Xbox. Despite the game not being available on Xbox at the moment, it seems like players from other platforms are wholeheartedly sharing their love for it, requesting that it be available on other consoles too. Hopefully, this should be something the devs are working on.

Xbox’s Focus on Non-Exclusivity Might Just Make This Possible
In a recentpodcast, Phil Spencer and others focused on the platform’s vision for the future. Instead of bringing more exclusives to the console, the team plans on breaking away from the chains of exclusivity and focusing on building a more approachable and accessible platform for gamers across the globe.

This means that the team is likely to open up its horizons to multiple publishers and developers, one of which could include the makers of the game. In the end, its philosophy is to focus on making the console a platform for creators rather than one that thrives on exclusivity.
Even though there’s no official news about the game coming to newer platforms anytime soon, the community still celebrates the game’s success by sharing gameplay footage, creative content, and more.

How do you feel about the game’s exclusivity at the moment? Do you think it needs to change? Let us know in the comments below.
