Where To Catch Kitsun
Kitsun will benumber 061 in your Paldeck, and can be found northeast of the starting area of the game. The majority of the game will have you running throughlush green forests,with a lot of locations beingideal for making your first base. If youhead northeast, you will find a snow-covered portion of the mapbefore you reach the coastthat looks towards the desert island — there is also a large lake within this snow area.
If you find theSealed Realm of the SwiftFast Travel location, turn andhead northwest, as you have just passed the area you are looking for. Now that you know where the area is, you will need to be here at the right time —night. While you wait,you can explorethis part of the map,catch some other Palsto fill up your Paldeck, and stock up on someuseful drops like Ice Organs. Kitsun is weak toWater Pals, so bring one of them along with you.

How To Get Suzaku Through Breeding
If you want a Kitsun much earlier and easier than braving the icy cold terrain, you should consider looking intothe game’s breeding mechanics— you will need to have progressed enough down the Technology tab to get everything you needsuch as an Egg Incubator. You’ll also want toget some Flourso that you canget to baking Cakes. Once you have everything up and ready, it is time tomatch up some Palsand get yourself an Anubis egg. Below is a table ofvarious Pal parent combinationsto get a Kitsun egg, with some early Pals listed first. What Makes Kitsun Special?
In addition to looking bothadorable and awesomeat the same time, Kitsun offers various reasons you may want it in your party or at your base. First off,they are a Fire-type,making them strong against bothIce and GrassPals. It also hasless than average food consumptionwhile working at your base, which will save you on resources over time. When put to work, it will provide you with theWork Suitability of Kindling at Lv 2.
All of the above sounds like stuff you can get from many other Pals, and you can even get Pals who will provide Kindling at LV3. However, what Kitsun does offer is thepartner skill Clear Mind. This partner skill will let you use Kitsun as a mount and completely protect you from both Cold and Heatwhile you remain mounted.
Temperature conditions can be life-threateningif you go into an area unprepared, so be sure to brush up onhow to survive in both cold and hot climatesif you don’t have a Kitsun. You will need to get yourTechnology tab up to Tier 30before you will be able to make the saddle needed to mount your Kitsun, sokeep some Technology Pointsready.
