Guy Ritchie’s spin-off television series to his 2019 filmThe Gentlemenwas launched on Netflix earlier this month, and even though all eyes have been on the lead actor, Theo James, there’s a guest star who has had quite a deep connection with video games in the now-distant past.

The Gentlemen guest star Peter Serafinowicz absolutely loved the first Dark Souls instalment.

Peter Serafinowicz stars as Tommy Dixon, who is the brother of Pearce Quigley’s John “The Gospel” Dixon, the leader of the Scouse crime family, which may have been an interesting role to play, but not everyone knows about his much more intriguing collaboration with FromSoftware nearly a decade ago.

In fact, Serafinowicz actually ended up voicing a character in a major Souls-like title after outing himself as a massive fan of the genre.
