According to the leaks, the chapter starts with Luffy hearing the sounds of the drums, and black lightning comes out of his body. Yamato learns about Luffy and Joy Boy from Momo, and Sanji, Kid, and other members of the Straw Hat Pirates feel Luffy’s presence.
Meanwhile, Groursei at the World Government talks about how “Goku Gomu No Mi” walks away from them in every era. Gorousei says that Luffy has a body of rubber, and he makes everyone smile wherever he goes. Gorousei states that Luffy is the “Warrior of Liberation,” and awakening fruit’s power will increase his power substantially.
On the other hand, Luffy starts laughing and feels like he can do anything.
