With the introduction of new shiny variants of these Deviations, the time has come to hunt for these rare creatures with awesome unique traits.
Not only do they have the most sought-after traits, but they also have exquisite bonuses that are added on top of their base versions. This makes up for the lack of content end-game players face in the later stages of the season.

The Spring Rose variant is awesome for dungeons where you haveto face a lot of enemies in an environmentthat drastically reduces your sanity; especially the Nightmare Prime wars.
Similar to the Marine Star Festering Gel, the Deviation’sbonuses are different during the day and night.Your character receives 20 % more healing during the day and 10 % at night, which is awesome if you’re facing hordes of enemies in a Pro Silo or LEA lab.

A Combo Package

Each reload gives 5% Weapon or Status damage at random; lasts until next reload
If I have to pick my favorite, it’ll be the Marine Star Festering Gel, which gives+5 % Weapon damage or +5 %Status damage, which lasts until the next reload. Additionally, it also heals nearby characters.
I equipped this Festering Gel until I reached the Second phase of the LEA lab challenge to fight Dr. Mannheim. The Gel also serves well in the solo Forsaken Giant challenge, where you may be vulnerable to its sweeps.
Note: In the Dig To Hell event, you can summon the Festering Gel to heal other NPCs.

A Unique Design

When exploring, it has a 10% chance to bring Acid
The Deviations design is inspired by a deck of cards. Oddly enough, it reminded me of the Alice in Borderland Netflix series for some reason.
The Fetch-A-Lot Bunny’s Alice variant’s Woodland Spirit trait description shows that it has a 10 % chance to bring back Acid; however, testing has shown that itbrings back Deviated shrubs or flowers.So, in case you want to havea quick bite of a Legendary dish,the Deviation will help you.
It could be a mistranslation or bug on the developer’s end, which may be fixed. As of this guide’s writing date, the Fetch-A-Lot Bunny - Alice isn’t capable enough to satisfy your daily Acid needs.

11Fetch-A-Lot Bunny - Dark Rebel

When exploring, it has a chance to bring back Acid
The Fetch-A-Lot Bunny’s Dark Rebel variant’s Toxicologist - Dark Rebel trait describes it being able to bring back Acid from exploration. However,the percentage chance isn’t mentioned,which is very murky.
With no information about the chance, I don’t want to give you a false hope that you’ll be passively farming Acid. Maybe, occasionally, you’ll see some Acid, but that’s about it.
10Growshroom - Extra Large

The Growshroom - Extra Large variantgets +40% mood by default. So, if your Growshroom’s base mood without any extra Deviation traits is 100, with the Optimism - Extra Large trait, it’ll be 140, which ispretty good for a Territory Deviation.
With extra mood, the Deviation will perform better depending on the mood, and it’ll help you plant and harvest crops faster than an average Growshroom. You can recharge the Deviant power; however, I don’t recommend that. It’s better to balance Deviant Power and Mood for Territory Deviations.
9Growshroom - Green Touch
Even Looks Green
The Growshroom - Green Touch variant has the Toxicologist - Green Touch Deviation trait, which grants the Deviation a chance to bring back Acid. However, like the Fetch-A-Lot Bunny Dark Rebel variant, the wording is vague, withno mention of the percentage chance.
That’s why I prefer the Growshroom - Extra Large variant, as it’s better to have more mood than a trait with RNG.

8The Digby Boy - Prism
A Beautiful Deviation

When activated and working, it has a 15% chance to not consume mood.
The Digby Boy - Prism variant’s Voluntary Overtime-Prism trait enables the Deviation to not consume mood. There’s a15% chance that the Digby Boy-Prism variant won’t consume moodwhile working.
Getting a high-level Digby Boy - Prism is worth it. With a better mood, the Deviation’s performance will increase.

7The Digby Boy - Pure Gold
Not That Impressive
When exploring, it has a chance to bring back additional ores.
The Digby Boy - Pure Gold variant’s trait, Gilded Oracle- Pure Gold, helpsit to bring back additional oreswhile exploring. I feel it’s misleading in that it confuses players about whether this Digby Boy will farm Silver or Gold Ores, but that’s not the case.
You can expect a few Aluminum or Tungsten Ores, and that’s about it. Indeed, it’s a good deviant for collection, but not something I recommend over the Prism variant.

The Deviation’s design draws inspiration from Vincent van Gogh’s Starry Night painting. The trait Praise the Moon - Starry Nightincreases both Weapon and Status damageby 6 % during the night, and it drops down to 3 % during the daytime.
It’s still better than the vanilla Butterfly’s Emissary.
Change the world and revisit the location if the Deviation isn’t present
5Butterfly’s Emissary - Glistening Blue
The Best Butterfly
When synced, hitting a Weakspot increased Secured by 1 additional point. Cooldown 3s.
The Weakspot Master - Glistening Blue traitincreases the duration of the Butterfly Emissary’s buffby one second. The overall effect has a cooldown of 3 seconds. In short, the term “Secured” directly refers to the duration of the Deviation bonus.
So, the Deviation has more uptime than a normal variant. I recommend using this Deviation with Weakspot builds, to benefit from more Weakspot damage bonus.
