Unfortunately, lately, the shows haven’t fared well among fans who quickly grew disappointed with the franchise. Sure can be but there are different qualities of tv and none of Marvel’s are in the same quality bracket as The Penguin. This is coming from a Marvel Stan that’s watched absolutely everything they’ve put out

If you mean not one Marvel Studios Disney+ show then yes. But for Marvel in general, Daredevil is still better than The Penguin
