During Nintendo Direct, Capcom showcased a collection of games perfect for nostalgic fans. This is theMarvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collections Arcade Classics, a group of popular titles from the 1990s.
This game collection will feature several iconic titles from that decade, including one that brings together characters from the company that madeResident Evilwith Marvel superheroes. Unfortunately, it was confirmed that Xbox players will be left out, as it will not be released for that platform. The fans are not pleased with this.

A newNintendoDirect featured numerous announcements, including the confirmation ofMetroid Prime 4 Beyond, and showcased numerous intriguing games. One of them was the newMarvel vs Capcomgame collection, which includes many arcade hits.

This collection will include over five games in which players can choose which title to play, as well as various improvements that will allow them to practice combos and other features. After the short Nintendo presentation ended, it was confirmed that the game would also come to PC and PS4, but unfortunately, Xbox players will be left out.

This decision sparked significant controversy on social media, particularly on X, as many users expressed their dissatisfaction, questioning why Microsoft’s console would not feature the collection of titles that fans cherished. This particular move makes no sense, according to users.
Capcom Chose Not to Release The Title on Microsoft Consoles
This title, which received very positive reactions from fans, is confirmed to arrive sometime in 2024. As for the players who were left out, many quickly took to X to voice their dissatisfaction, arguing that Capcom’s decision to exclude this console was illogical.

Many users also commented on how the company behind this game made a rather negative move by deciding not to release it on this platform without a clear reason. Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Collections Arcade Classicswill include seven titles from different franchises, which began in the 1990s. The games will beX-Men: Children of the Atom, Marvel Super Heroes, X-Men vs Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter, Clash of Super Heroes, New Age of Heroes, andThe Punisher.
