One of the best parts about theNintendo Switchconsole was that it doubles as a home console and a handheld gaming system. Being able to play games likeThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildon the go was a huge selling point for the system.
It also doubles as a convenient way to playNintendogames as I see fit. Sometimes, someone else wants access to the television, so I can keep gaming when someone else takes control of the TV.

This Nintendo Switch 2 Feature Is Leaving Fans Frustrated
Nintendo has updated its privacy policy, leaving some feeling a little uneasy headed into the Nintendo Switch 2 launch.
There’s just one problem, though: the battery life. Playing resource-intensive games on the Nintendo Switch drains the battery life pretty quickly. Sure, you’re able to always charge it back up or keep it plugged in, but that’s not always the best thing for the long-term health of the system’s battery.

With the Nintendo Switch featuring more powerful hardware, one big concern I and many others have is what the battery life will look like. Will this thing be able to play games for extended sessions on the go? How long will the actual battery last? While we won’t know for sure until we get our hands on it next month, a new feature gives us a potential answer.
The Nintendo Switch 2 Battery Will Stop Charging At 90%
An eagle-eyed Nintendo Switch 2 fan posted on the system’ssubredditthat a new feature is coming to theSwitch 2.
The Nintendo Switch 2 will now feature a popular smartphone feature to help extend its battery life. You can now tell the system to stop charging when you reach a certain battery percentage.

Why is this important? Smartphones have adapted this feature over the past few years, helping to extend the life of a phone’s battery. We’ve learned that charging your phone to 100% every time isn’t good for your phone’s long-term health.
10 Upcoming Switch 2 Games That Justify Pre-Ordering
Nintendo fans have much to be excited about with the Switch 2 on the horizon. Here are some of the games that justify pre-orders.
It’s nice to see Nintendo taking this approach with theSwitch 2. Being able to protect the system’s battery as long as possible is a good thing. It’s been nice to have been able to rock my day one Nintendo Switch system for over eight years. Hopefully, I can do the same with the Switch 2.
