Originally released for the Nintendo Switch back in March of 2021,Monster Hunter Risearrives to Steam later this week with some brand new features exclusive to the PC version of the game.
According to Capcom, the Steam version ofMonster Hunter Riseincludes new visual filters to give players expanded options over their hunting experience. The PC version will also launch with all of the content included in the Nintendo Switch version, right up to patch 3.6.1.

Although yet to be officially confirmed by Capcom, the release time forMonster Hunter Riseon PC is expected to be9AM PT / 12PM ET / 5PM GMT. This is the usual time that games are released on Steam, but should a more official time be announced, we will update this article.
Price and Pre-Order Bonuses
According to theMonster Hunter RiseSteam page, the upcoming re-release will cost £49.99GBP or $59.99USD. Although you’ll need to empty out your wallet to purchase the PC version of the game, you may get your hands on some special pre-order bonuses:
- Palamute Retriever Costume layered armor- Palico Forest Cat Costume layered armor- Novice Talisman for some extra assistance in the early stages
It’s worth noting that pre-order bonuses are only available for those who purchase the game before 4:59PM UTC on January 12th, 2022. Alongside this, pre-order bonuses may also be made available separately at a later date, according to Capcom.
