Although the organization was created by Crocodile and Dracule Mihawk, it is being led by Buggy, who is now one of the four Emperors of the Sea and has helped the organization gain a lot of influence in the pirate world.

Mihawk didn’t mind her staying with him as he trained Roronoa Zoro during the time skip. Not only that, she even tended to Zoro’s wounds, showing her empathetic side.

While Mihawk didn’t have any major reaction to Perona staying with him in the castle, he did care for her in his own way. This was reflected when Perona decided to go find Gecko Moria and leave the Kuraigana island for good. Mihawk asked her to be safe, hinting at his feelings for Perona as she was the only friend he had.
Even Perona showed her profound affection for Mihawk by breaking down in tears when she said goodbye to him. Although their relationship has not been a major point of concern forOne Piecefans, it did give a sense of humanity toMihawk’s personality, which helped in his character development.
Perona Might Join The Cross Guild Organization
PopularOne Piecefan page@pewpiecerecently gave new insight on Buggy’s Vivre Card, where Oda has mentioned that he is planning to add more members to the Cross Guild organization. As the Cross Guild will be a part of the final war, they certainly need more strength, and there is a chance that Perona might join them.
Eiichiro Odaalso added early sketches of the Cross Guild along with the Vivre Card, and one of them featured Perona as a member of the organization. However, according to the narrative, Oda dropped this plan and decided to make Perona a part of the eventsgoing on Hachinosu Island.
