But one fan-made video will make any Marvel fan happy as it provides a glimpse of what fans hope from a multiversal film.

The fan video prominently featured Eternals, a set of immortal alien beings who were introduced after theInfinity Saga. While the appearance of this Marvel Comics race inAvengers: Secret Warsis not confirmed, the fan video makes them look cooler than in Chloé Zhao’s 2021 film.

“Eternals 2 is not canceled”: Latest MCU Report Will Give Fans Hope For the Return of One of the Most Underrated Marvel Franchises
This time around, the video included movies from the fourth and fifth phases of the MCU. Leunnam used HD footage of action sequences from these films to give fans a visually satisfying recap of the universe in the last few years. The old and new Avengers along with the immortal aliens fromEternalsmade the video an action-packed, chaos-filled, and thrilling watch.
The mind-blowing editing made us almost imagine a similar sequence in the upcoming ensemble filmAvengers: Secret Wars. One fan shared on X that the transitions in the edit were out of the world. Another fan also praised the transitions, sharing that they were some of the most consistent work in video editing.

One fan couldn’t help but salute Leunnam for the time and dedication put into the edit. Another fan wanted Marvel to follow its earlier practice of hiring editors who made amazing fan edits like Leunnam. Some of the fan reactions read:
One of the best edits I’ve ever seen. The transitions are out of this world! 🔥

that video of yours up there, one of the most consistently well transitioned narrative, if not the best one, I’ve ever seen. you have a new follower, everywhere.
do you know the time and dedication it would take to make something like this 😭 Nah I salute 🫡

I’m not sure but didn’t Marvel use to hire editors who makes fan edits before? Marvel needs to hire this editor NOW
This is insanely good ! I want@MarvelStudiosto hire you or collaborate with you idc just do something !!!!
As fans mentioned, MCU might need to hire passionate video editors from among fans themselves who can do justice to the upcoming big projects. The hype for ensemble Marvel movies has significantly dropped in recent years. Marvel needs to work with fans to understand what the fandom wants from them.
Will Avengers and Eternals Meet InAvengers: Secret WarsOutside Of The Fanmade Video?
Eternals, starringAngelina JolieandSalma Hayek, was a visually stunning MCU project but it underperformed at the box office due to a weak screenplay. Nevertheless, the film remained faithful to elements from Jack Kirby’s comics.
According to execs who worked on the film, the Eternals had far more potential than the Avengers due to their unique ability to pool their energy using the Uni-Mind (via Marvel Studios Eternals: The Art of the Movie). Fans even had a theory as to howEternalsplayed into the multiverse storyline.
Despite Being one of MCU’s Lowest-Rated Films, Eternals Defeats All other Marvel Movies to date in One Regard
Redditoru/fuchsiafountainproposed that a recastKang would steal the powers of a Celestialto create a Battleworld, like in theSecret Warscomics.Eternalshas already shown the power of a Celestial to create a galaxy, which further supports the theory.
However, the performance of the film may have ruined its chances to warrant an appearance from the cast in the upcoming ensemble Marvel movies. Fans will have to wait for more updates regarding the appearance of the Eternals inAvengers: Secret Wars.
All MCU films, includingEternals, are now available for streaming on Disney+.
