After a series of disappointing projects, Marvel has finally come up with one of their best projects,Echo. The series featuring Alaqua Cox in the titular role of deaf amputee assassin has swept the MCU as it has some of the best action scenes. Some fans say, the TV Series is great enough to save the already doomed Marvel Studios, which has been giving disappointing movies and series that make the fans question the creative output of the superhero franchise.

The reason fans believe that Alaqua Cox’sEchois one of the best shows from Marvel is that the show has some of the most gruesome action scenes that will keep fans at the edge of their seats, but it has all been done in a peanut-sized budget compared to the recent projects likeShe-Hulk: Attorney at Law,andSecret Invasion.
Marvel’sEcho’sBudget Surprises The MCU Fandom
Alaqua Cox’sEchohad taken its viewers by surprise for featuring a gripping plot and well-choreographed action scenes. Fans were surprised when they learned that the TV Series is a massive hit but it was made with a budget that breaks major Marvel Cinematic Universe records. As perForbes, the show has been made a mere budget of $40 million, which is“less than 20% of some of the MCU’s enormous, unwieldy series like She-Hulk and Secret Invasion.”
Both shows had a massive budget of $212 million and $225 million respectively, but neither of the projects could make a lasting impact on their viewers. When fans learned that the showwas made with such a tiny budget, they could not believe it and went to X to tweet their reactions.

That’s great! shows don’t need to be so damn expensive, and I know why most are, the stars and CGI.

That’s crazy cause it was also 10x better than Secret Invasion and She-Hulk

Disney/Marvel realizing that low budget street leveled content really can do well.

Showing, that money doesn’t mean everyone. ECHO was much much much better than both of those “shows” together.

While fans were surprised that Marvel came up with such a good show at such a tiny budget, Kevin Feige shares his opinion about the TV Series and how it is different from the previous shows that they have created in the past.
Kevin Feige BelievesEchois The Darkest Show That Marvel Has Ever Created
Marvel has kicked off 2024 with its highly anticipated series,Echowhich is based on the comic of the same name. The show came to life under the supervision of the renowned producer and television writer, Marion Dayre. During the premiere event of the show, the cast and Marvel executives came together for a special launch event on the red carpet outside the Regency Village Theater in Westwood.
Kevin Feige, the President of Marvel Studios was also present at the event, and he spoke on howEchois the first-ever mature-rated project that shows off fast-paced action and brutal violence. The official Instagram page ofMarvel Studiosshared Feige’s comments on how the show is darker and deeper than their other projects.
“This is a TV-MA show. This is an adult show. Just like the Marvel Knights Comics where Echo first started, it goes much deeper and much darker in ways that we could only do with a TV-MA rating, so I am excited for people to see, as readers of the comics know, the different tonalities that we’ve been able to do in all of our shows and this being the darkest one yet.”
The success of the show with its puny budget, makesEchoone of the best works of Marvel, and they would look forward to continuing the story of Maya Lopez aka Echo.
Marvel’sEchocan be streamed on Disney+.
