When Brown was asked if she left reviews, she answered that she did. The revelation that followed stunned Jessie and Lennie Ware.
TheEnola Holmesstar went on to recall a couple of instances when she left an anonymous review. She revealed that once, when she and her fiance,Jake Bongiovi, were staying at a hotel, an employee wanted them to pay upfront, and not after the trip.
Brown also shared how an elderly lady asked her for assistance with finding socks. She tried to get an employee to help her out, but they were far from helpful.
