The Mischief Unbound Special Research Story is now live around the world and players are challenged to complete a variety of tasks, including “Take a Snapshot of Hoopa”.
The Special Research will usher in the end of the Season of Mischief and will allow players to unlock Hoopa in its Unbound Form.
Before that though, we’ll help you to complete the step in the Mischief Unbound research by showing you how to take a Snapshot of Hoopa.
Step 1 - Catch Hoopa
Now, this seems obvious and many players will already have a Hoopa at this point, however, there may be people who don’t.
For those that still need to grab a Hoopa inPokemon GO, this can be done by completing Step 3 of the Misunderstood Mischief research story that has been running for the last few months.
To complete Step 3, players will need to:
Step 2 - Take the Snapshot of Hoopa
Once you’ve caught a Hoopa, here’s a step by step guide of how to take a snapshot of it.
First of all, you’ll need to find Hoopa in your Pokemon list and click on it. Once on the following screen, you’ll need to locate and click the camera icon in the top right corner of your screen.
This will then open your camera. Once here, look around for a flat surface until little yellow leaves appear, like the ones in the image below:
At this point, if you tap anywhere on the screen, Hoopa will appear. Once the Mischief Pokemon is in view, you are golden.
Just click the camera icon as highlighted in the image below and you will take your Snapshot of Hoopa and complete thePokemon GOMischief UnboundResearch Task.
