A brand new update forGran Turismo 7is set to be deployed later today (April 25), following some server maintenance and downtime.
The game’s servers will be offline for 2 hours later today, during this period only certain modes will be available for users to play.
Today’s update comes following the recent announcement by Polyphony Digital regarding the state and economy of the latest entry into theGran Turismoseries. President of Polyphony Digital, Kazunori Yamauchi, promised to improve player experience with new patches and improvements based on fan feedback.

Gran Turismo 7 Server Status and Maintenance Schedule
An official server maintenance schedule forGran Turismo 7was announced towards the end of last week, notifying players that the game’s servers would be offline for a short period of time on Monday, April 25th to deploy the latest update.

The ‘Gran Turismo 7’ servers will undergo maintenance during the following period:
Day & Time
During this period only the ‘Arcade Race’ in the ‘World Circuits’ and the ‘Music Rally’ from the Title Screen will be available to play. Various online features including the ‘Sport’ mode will not be accessible.
Furthermore, game progress cannot be saved while the servers are offline. To save the current status of the game, the console must be reconnected online after the end of the server maintenance.
