Sucker Punch can introduce a brand-new character and just call him another ghost inGhost of Tsushima 2,another person who people thought was killed when fighting the Mongol army but one who came back to fight them the way they deserved to be fought- with fear.
There are a couple of people in the first game that the developers can consider for this. One of them is Yuna, the thief who saves Jin’s life. She can even take her vengeance for her brother a step further and reign fire on her enemies. The best part is that she remains a thief, hence she is not a Samurai and does not have to face the dilemma of fighting dirty.

The other option is Norio, yes, this Warrior Monk can be a Ghost too. His naginata is one fierce weapon, and all he needs is a fair cause to walk the dark side. Mongols already broke him after what they did to his brother, maybe he can go a step further.
