In the Spices from the West: Northerly Search event inGenshin Impact, travelers need to complete a few different recipes by combiningthe required ingredients. However, some of the ingredients are less common and might not currently be in your bag.

In the third recipe, ‘Just Balanced’, you will need to obtain at least 3 Snapdragons to correctly complete the recipe. This ingredient is much less common than that of Mint, but luckily there are quite a few close by locations in Mondstadt.
Botanist Chloris
If you’d like to purchase your Snapdragon rather than gather it out in the wild, you canvisit the Botanist, Chloris, out in the fields near Mondstadt.You’ll want to start at theWindrise Statue of the Seven,and from here, head north to the winding path. She won’t always be in the same spot, but you should be able to find her somewhere along the path. When you approach her, she will haveSnapdragons on sale for 280 Moraeach. You can buyup to 10 at a timebefore you will need to wait for the reset.
Windrise River To Falcon Coast
If you’d like to save a bit of Mora and grab your own Snapdragon outside, there are a few spots nearby where you can find a large amount of Snapdragon. This will bealong the coast of the river south of Windrise, just before Falcon Coast,shown on the map above.
You can use thesymbols on the map to locate the general area of each Snapdragon along the river.You should be able to find around14 Snapdragonhere, so long as you search the whole river. They will be mixed in with a few Windwheel Asters as well that look very similar, so ensure you’re grabbing the Snapdragons instead.

Stormbearer Mountains
The next location where you can pick up a few Snapdragon will benorth of Windrise, by the river in Stormbearer Mountains.You’ll want to arrive at theStormbearer Mountains Teleport Waypoint shown above,and then head north to the western side of the river.
Along the small beachy area here, you should be able to spotthree Snapdragons.Once you’ve picked all of them up, start making your wayeast to the small pond nearby.In between the Hilichurls camps, there will beanother three Snapdragonshere. Once you’ve gathered them all, you should have just enough for theJust Balanced recipe.
