Elegy for the End will give Collei a base increase of 12 percent to her Energy Recharge. Its Bonus Skill will increase her Elemental Mastery by 60. It will also gain sigils when dealing damage with an Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst every 0.2 seconds, even when not on the field. Once it reaches 4 sigils, all of them will be consumed, and Elemental Mastery will then increase by 100 and ATK by 20 percent for 12 seconds. Once this effect is triggered, you cannot gain sigils for 20 seconds. This weapon will help to make sure that Collei’sElemental Burst is always recharged, and it will also improvethe damage from the Elemental Reactions she creates.
