Chests & Rare Chests
Just like some of the other rare weapons, the Snowball launcher can be found in chests and rare chests. You should be ideally targeting places that have an abundance of chests and rare chests, such as POIs. However, do note that these areas are usually hot drops, so you might need to be extra careful while going on the chest hunt.
Floor Loot
While the Snowball launcher could spawn in floor loot as well, the likelihood of that happening is quite slim. That being said, you should still keep an eye out while searching through floor loot as you might end up being lucky.
Presents are one of the core aspects of each year’s Winterfest, and players have a chance of finding Snowball launchers in these presents as well. As per the players, presents have by far the best chance to contain a Snowball launcher, so you should always be on the lookout for one. There are scattered all across the map and are more frequent in the POIs.
Supply Drop
Snowball Launchers can be a part of supply drops as well, but considering the risk involved with going for supply drops without any guaranteed reward, one should rather avoid this method to get a snowball launcher
NPC Scrapknight Jules - Faulty Splits
Last, but not least, and by far the best way to get the snowball launcher is by meeting NPC Scrapknight Jules. She sells the snowball launcher for gold bars, and if you have enough of them, you can simply buy one from her without going through all the hassle of searching through the entire map.
