The world ofEscape From Tarkovholds secrets and information that various different factions seek to obtain, for better or worse. Thankfully, the Therapist only wants players to help her preserve vital, life-saving medical information, supposedly.

Tasked with going into dark, closed off hallways to find the right locked doors holding the right documents, players that complete Disease History will bedecently rewardedfor dangerous, yet simple work. When it comes to Tarkov, this isjust another day at the officefor players.
Paperwork & Locked Doors
Before players can undergo this quest, theymust be level 15before they can take the quest from the Therapist, a medicine and aid vendor located in Tarkov City. Additionally, players will have totrack down two keys, the RB-KSM and RB-SMB keys, to unlock the necessary doors to retrieve the desired documents. Both keys spawn as a result on RNG, but can be found on clothing and dead scavs, or in crates and boxes, inside the Dorms section of the Customs map.
With these requirements met, players can begin the quest to retrieve two sets of medical records folders on the expansive and building-laden Reserve map. Like theother maps in Tarkov, Reserve is rich in locations and item spawns to loot for valuables like bitcoin, weapons,fuel, and first aid, but is rife with danger. Players heading into the White Bishop medical building will have tocome armed and armoredin anticipation of enemy players and hostile NPCs that are eager to strip unaware players of their weapons and supplies. The ability to lose equipment for good without proper item insurance makes Tarkov anextremely difficult FPSby conventional standards.

Once More Unto The Breach
When players arrive at White Bishop, the folders will both be located behind separate locked doors on the second floor. The room unlocked with the RB-SMP key will have themedical folder on a floor-level cabinetwith fold-out doors and debris on the tiled floor in front of it. The second door, unlocked with the RB-KSM key, has wood planks stacked next to it, with a dislocated ceiling light hanging low in the hallway in front of it. The folder will be foundon the bottom of a wooden shelf setat the left-hand side of the room.
With both folders successfully collected, players simply need to extract from the map with the folders in their inventory, and the quest is as good as done. Once the quest is completed, the player can expect a good day’s pay for a good day’s work for saving these sensitive medical documents. Extracting takes time in-game, so players shouldn’t let their guard down until all is said and done.

Like most quests in Escape From Tarkov, some of the payout rewards for completing a quest will be differentdepending on the player’s Intelligence Center. A higher level Intelligence Center will result in more Roubles being given to the player. For completing the Disease History quest, the rewards are:
