There are a total of11 dealsplayers can make withLibra, Creature of Night. However, not all of them are available at the start of the fight, and the ones you receive all come down to RNG.

I want to gain many levels.
Gain levels, but lose a level each time you use a flask.
I desire a powerful weapon.
Grants the player an Epic-level weapon at the cost of 2 levels.
I wish to have deep Faith.
Increases Faith at the cost of other stats.
I wish to have great Strength.
Increases Strength at the cost of other stats.
I wish to have great Dexterity.
Increases Dexterity at the cost of other stats.
I wish to expand my intellect.
Increases Intelligence at the cost of other stats.
I wish for eventual greatness.
Halves Max HP, FP, and Stamina until the end of the day.
I want to hold death at bay.
When HP is low, restores all HP at the cost of reducing maximum HP.

Do You Have to Make a Deal With Libra?
No, you don’t have to make a dealwith Libra, Creature of Night. If you decide that you don’t like the deals available, then you canselect the “refuse to make a deal” optionat the bottom of the offer list.
Players can also simply attack Librawithout accepting a deal to start the fight. I don’t recommend this method since it will prevent your teammates from making a deal if they want one.

If youdecide not to make a deal with Libra, then you won’t gain a buff for the boss fight. You also won’t receive a debuff, but sometimes they’re worth the risk. The choice will be up to you.
Best Libra Deals
While I don’t typically recommend taking a deal from Libra simply because it’s a really challenging fight and any debuff can make the fight much harder, there are two deals that you should take under certain circumstances.
First, the"I desire a powerful weapon"deal is a great one to choose if you didn’t find a powerful weapon during days 1 and 2. This deal will reward you with anEpic-level weaponat the cost of two levels.
I only recommend taking this deal if you managed toreach level 15 (max level)before reaching the Nightlord. Accepting this deal will bring you down to level 13 in this case, and Libra is still manageable at that level.

Another deal that is worth taking is the"I desire a Flask"option. This will reward you with an additional flask but lowers your maximum HP.
Only take this offerif you didn’t manage to get upgradesto your flask restoration during the expedition. If you managed to get upgrades to flask restoration, then keep the bigger health bar and don’t take the offer. This is because your flasks will be able to fill the entire health bar anyway.
I wouldn’t recommend choosing deals that increase specific stats, such as Dexterity or Strength. While it’s enticing to increase a stat for your character, the trade-off is reducing other stats and that can make the fight much harder. For example, your health will go down, your FP bar will decrease, and possibly even your stamina.
