Dragon’s Dogma 2 Really Needs A Transmog System

When it comes to the Steeled Resolve, Blazing Forge quest, you’ll only receive it when you’re in the middle of completing a different quest. While it isn’t a terribly difficult quest, it does give you the opportunity togain so much from the game.

How To Start Steeled Resolve, Blazing Forge
During theDulled Steel, Cold Forge quest, where you must have the Regalia Sword repaired, you will run into the Steeled Resolve, Blazing Forge quest. There are apparentlytwo different outcomes to this quest. To begin, bring the sword to Brokkr Forge in Battahl. Sara, Brokkr’s assistant, agrees to help you restore the sword.
She will actually give you somenew information about forging, and you should receive a notification that the Steeled Resolve, Blazing Forge quest has begun. After waiting a couple of days, you will return to find thatSara is missing.

Brokkr will tell you she set out to go toMountain Base Cave. This area will be available once youcomplete themain questof A New Godsway, but you can access this area early by simply traveling far to the south of Battahl, as detailed in our guide onunlocking the Magick Archer Vocation.
It is suggested that youbring a camping kitwith you so you can rest and regenerate your health.

Travel To Mountain Base Cave
To get to the Mountain Base Cave, you’ll have to travel throughDrabnir’s Grotto. This will be a perilous journey with various creatures throughout. It will be located southwest of Bakbattahl. You must make it through this area to get toAgamen Volcanic Island.
This is an area where you’ll have the opportunity tounlock the Warfarer Vocation, specifically onceyou’re at the Volcanic Island Camp. However, to get to that point, you must pass through Drabnir’s Grotto. The enemies will become increasingly hostile the further you progress through the Grotto maze.

The creatures you’ll encounter include but aren’t limited toOgres, Slimes, Rattlers, Goblins, and more. Not long after you continue your journey through the Grotto, you’ll come acrossGautstafr the dwarf. Completing his full questline will allow you to eventually unlock theMagick Archer Vocation.

Restore The Regalia Sword
After arriving at the Mountain Base Cave, make your way through the cave, defeating the enemies along the path until you reach Sara. You find her just as she completes making a special hammer, and she must be escorted out of the cavewhile the hammer is still hot. This is a timed quest.
If you haven’t defeated the enemies throughout the cave, this will bedifficult to complete in time, so best to clear the cave on your way in. Once she’s out of the cave, she will talk to you a bit before going over to the anvil and completing her work.

When that is completed, head back to the Brokkr Smithy to receive therestored Regalia Swordfrom Sara. Return the sword to Roman in Vernworth, and you’ll receive35,000 gold as well as 6,000 XP. Sara should now be unlocked as a possible blacksmith you can visit.
