Destiny 2Season of the Deep is a new beginning for all players when it comes to making progress for gears and weapons. After introducing a new set of seasonal activities, you can now grind for new Deep Engrams by ranking up in the new base of operations.

Sonar Station is this season’s vendor located in the left room of the HELM. There are a number of ways available for you to rank up, which results in seasonal rewards as well as new Engrams that can be focused on specific items.
How To Earn Sonar Station Reputation
Completing seasonal activities is the major path to earning Sonar Station Reputation, which includes Salvage and Deep Dive missions in this case, both of which are accessible through HELM. However, there is also one more way to earn reputation.
As you may already know, the new seasonallows players to go fishingin certain locations in the universe. Catching fish on its own doesn’t give you any reputation, however, if you give all the fish you catch to the seasonal vendor at the HELM, you will receive more reputation.
To do so, head to the HELM and enter Season of the Deep base of operations. You should be able to spot a blue terminal in front of the stairs. If you have any fish in your inventory, you may interact with the terminal, which turns your fish into a progression score for Sonar Station.
Ranking up in the Sonar Station is one of the objectives in your Guardian Rank system as well, though it depends on which level you are at.
For now, there are a total of 17 ranks available for Sonar Station, but you can claim all the vendor rewards by reaching Rank 16, which includes two Deep Engrams, one Salvage Key, one Deep Dive Key, one Ascendant Alloy, an Exotic Ship, and a Reset Rank.
As you may already know, these seasonal vendor rewards will not be removed in the next season, as you may already progress through the ranks in Season of the Defiance vendor and receive all its rewards.
