Different Subclasses for weapons inDestiny 2mean different gameplay mechanics, and each one comes with an interesting twist that brings freshness to the game. The Stasis Subclass provides high survivability and ad-control across all classes.

While Stasis weapons are not necessary for Stasis builds to work, having a Stasis weapon greatly improves the performance of a build, especially when combined with different aspects and fragments available in the Stasis class.

10Raconteur

Raconteur is the first Stasis Precision Bow that launched inSeason of Defiance. As a seasonal weapon, it is also craftable and has access to enhanced perks as well. Bows have always been a good option in endgame content, and having a Stasis precision Bow opens up a lot of options in the other weapon slots.

In the left column, Raconteur can roll with Archer’s Tempo and Shoot to Loot whereas in the right column, it can roll with perks like Successful Warm-Up, Explosive Head, and Headstone. Headstone especially is good for Stasis synergy.

9Blood Feud

Blood Feud is an aggressive frame Submachine Gun that was launched in Season of Plunder. Aggressive frame Submachine Guns are the most popular Submachine Gun archetype in PvE and PvP, and this gun can roll with nice perk combinations for both aspects.

In the left column, this gun can roll Ambitious Assassin or Pugilist for PvE or Encore and Dynamic Sway Reduction for PvP. Combine that with perks like Frenzy and Headstone in the right column, and you have a solid Submachine Gun.

8Verglas Curve

Verglas Curveis the seasonal exotic weapon of the Season of Defiance and is the first exotic Stasis Bow and provides some extreme synergy for the Stasis subclasses. This is thanks to its exotic perk Hail Barrage which states: “Final blows with this weapon grant Stasis arrows. Hip-fire shot will fire all of them in a single volley.”

Verglas Curve also has another exotic perk called Hail Storm that states: “Stasis arrows freeze targets on impact and create Stasis crystals when affecting the environment.” Verglas Curve provides an extreme amount of Stasis crystal generation, making it a top-tier option for Stasis builds.

7Deliverance

Deliverance is a precision frame Fusion Rifle that is obtainable from theVow of the Disciple raid. It also comes with enhanced traits as it is craftable. The main appeal of Deliverance comes from its perk pool as it has some excellent perks combinations.

For PvE, it has perk combinations like Demolitionist and Chill Clip which are extremely synergistic with both the perks and the Stasis subclass. Precision frames are also never a bad option in PvP, and Deliverance being able to roll with Perpetual Motion and Tap the Trigger makes it an extremely viable option.

6Conditional Finality

Conditional Finality is the first-of-its-kind dual-barrel exotic Shotgun, which is obtained as an RNG drop by completing theRoot of Nightmare raid. This gun has both Stasis and Solar affinity and, due to its exoticness, has great DPS and ad clear.

Conditional Finality has the exotic perk Paracausal Pellets, which states: “Landing nearly all Stasis pellets will freeze targets; landing nearly all Solar pellets will ignite targets.” Overall, this gun is unique and very fun to play with.

Delivarence

5Lingering Dread

Lingering Dread is a lightweight-frame special Grenade Launcher that is obtained from theDuality dungeonlaunched in Season of the Haunted. Special Grenade Launchers, especially those with disorienting grenades, are very useful in endgame content, and this gun can roll with both disorienting grenades and excellent perk combos.

In the left column, it can roll with perks it has perks like Auto-Loading Holster and Ambitious Assassin, whereas in the right column, it can roll with Demolitionist, Vorpal Weapon, and the main appeal of this weapon, Chill Clip. Being the only Grenade Launcher that can roll with chill clip — and the special interaction of Chill Clip and Disorienting Grenade — makes this weapon incredible in every content.

Conditional Finality

Most people consider Eyasluna only a PvP weapon, but it is just as deadly in PvE. Eyasluna is an adaptive Hand Cannon obtainable from the Grasp of Avarice dungeon released with the Bungie 30th Expansion.

The perk that makes this gun incredible in PvE is the perk Headstone. Only some weapons work well with the Headstone perk, and since Hand Cannons are Precision Weapons, they benefit the most from this perk. Combine Headstone with Outlaw or Unrelenting in the left column, and we get an amazing ad-clearing and synergistic weapon.

3Ager’s Scepter

Ager’s Scepter is an exotic Trace Rifle that was released as a part of an exotic quest in Season of the Lost and is currently available from theMonument To Lost Lightsin the Tower. Ager’s Scepter is arguably the best Trace Rifle in the game due to its ad-control capabilities and high damage. It has an exotic perk, Ager’s Call, which gives the final blows from this weapon a slow burst.

The second perk, Rega’s Refrain, is useful for reloading your weapon since it transfers reserve ammo to the magazine. Alongside a catalyst, these two perks give the weapon increased damage, though you lose some of your super energy as a trade-off.

2Bump in the Night

Bump in the Night is an aggressive frame Rocket Launcher that was released in Season of the Haunted.Rocket Launchers are currently the metafor DPS in endgame content, and this rocket, due to its Stasis affinity, improves the overall DPS of the fireteam.

Bump in the Night has a combination of Demolitionist and Chill Clip. Chill Clip, when combined with the Wolfpack rounds from Gjallahorn, has a unique interaction causing it to deal way more damage. A single player using Bump in the Night in your fireteam significantly increases your team’s DPS.

Riptide is a rapid-fire frame Fusion Rifle that was released in Season of the Haunted as a Crucible weapon, and due to its extremely diverse perk pool, it can roll with some insane perks for both PvE and PvP.

For PvE, the chill clip is the main appeal, combined with Auto-Loading Holster, Lead from Gold, or Field Prep in the left column, and you have amazing DPS and anti-champion weapons. This gun is also pretty good in PvP, being able to roll with perks like Under Pressure and Harmony in the left column and Harmony, Successful Warm-up in the right.
