More importantly, the devs finally revealed the release date.

Consume Me Was The Highlight Of Day Of The Devs
Consume Me iscoming to Steamon June 10, 2025. The game is divided into chapters, where the player is given goals for Hsia’s life, but doesn’t have enough time to complete them all, and must balance their schedule as best they can.
The minigames in Consume Me involve planning meals using aResident Evil 4-styleinventory system, walking the dog to find money, and avoiding thinking about food. There are extra goals that the player can also complete for more rewards. These look like a ton of fun, especially when merged with the gorgeous storybook aesthetic.

The Persona series has become a modern mainstreamhit in the JRPG genre, yet few games seek to emulate its popular time mechanics, except for Atlus themselves, withMetaphor: ReFantazio. Consume Me looks like a hilarious twist on the concept, where the final foe isn’t some multi-winged god, but the limitations of being human.
