Players have already noticed that classic maps exist inCall of Duty: Black Ops 6game files. Now, Treyarch Associate Creative Director Miles Leslie spoke about how the team is open to bringing any and all classic maps to the game.
Recently, aneagle-eyed fan noticedthat Firing Range and Hazard, two maps from pastCall of Dutygames, can be found on the Stakeout map. They were discovered out of bounds in the game’s theater mode. We wondered if this hinted at their inclusion in a future update. It turns out thatTreyarchis thinking about bringing back old maps from past games.
In an interview withDexerto, Leslie said the team is open to bringing beloved maps from previousBlack Opsgames.
We know there are certain fan favorites that players would like to see again, and we have some of our own favorites that we’ve had on a wish list over the years. I’ll just say that while we’re still focused on delivering original designs as the majority of our post-launch maps, no previous Black Ops title is off the table for potential remasters.
