Thanks to eBay userwhoyle08, you can do exactly that. Earlier this week, whoyle08posted an eBay listingfor Nintendo’s upcomingSuper Smash Bros. UltimateEditionNintendo Switch console.While conventional wisdom tells us not to believe everyone on the internet, whoyle08 posted several convincing pictures of the console’s box alongside a copy of a Mega Millions ticket that was purchased on October 23. Additionally, whoyle08 flaunts an impressive 99.7% feedback rating on eBay and has received 385 positive reviews in the last 12 months.
Regardless of the veracity of whoyle08’s eBay listing, it doesn’t mean much forSuper Smash Bros.fans. Despite the (potential) opportunity to purchase the special edition console early, fans will still have to wait until December 7 to play the game. Since Nintendo’sSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate EditionSwitch bundle doesn’t come with a physical copy ofSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, rather, a download code for the game, possessing the bundle early doesn’t really amount to much except that sweet, sweet, Instagram clout. That being said, if Instagram clout is what you’re after, I would recommend saving your $1,250 and buying as many Gucci belts as you may.
TheSuper Smash Bros. UltimateEditionSwitch is just one of the specialized hardware bundles that Nintendo is releasing this holiday season. IfSmashisn’t your thing, Nintendo is also manufacturingFortnite,Pokemon,Mario Tennis, andDiablobundles– all of which will be available in time for Christmas.
