Excellent! Keanu Reeves’ second comic book, published by BOOM! studios is on its way for those who are fans ofBRZRKR#1.
Last year, actor Keanu Reeves, writer Matt Kindt, and artist Ron Garney launched together aKickstartercampaign forBRZRKR, a graphic novel series about an immortal warrior seeking only one thing: the truth about his blood-soaked existence & how to end it with Keanu drawn as the main character.
The campaign was obviously highly successful with 14,571 backers pledging$1,447,212to help bring this project to life.
What is BRZRKR?
BRZRKRis Reeves’ debut comic book that includes the creative talents of co-writer Matt Kindt (Justice League of America,Spider-Man,Ninjak, andRai)and featuring art by Ron Garney (Wolverine,Captain America,X-Men)and Rafael Grampá (Dark Knight Returns: The Golden Child). The story revolves around Berzerker who is a half-mortal and half-God.
Unfortunately, he is cursed and compelled to carry out the most violent acts and after being on his own for a long time in self-destruct mode, Berzerker starts working for the U.S. government to fight the battles too violent and too dangerous for anyone else to take on.
In exchange for his duties, Berzerker will be given the one thing he wants the most – the truth about his endless blood-soaked existence…and how to end it.
