Fans of Black Clover have been eagerly waiting for chapter 357, which will feature the highly anticipated battle between Yuno and Lucius. Unfortunately, everyone will just have to wait a little longer. In the previous chapter, we saw the Magic Knights struggle against the angel beings, and Yuno’s incredible power was put to the test.
Last Time on Black Clover…
The previous chapter started with Lucius praising Yuno by stating he was strong but then warned him that it needed more strength to stop him. Magic Knights attacked the angel beings, but their attack had no effect on them. Everyone was surprised to see the magnificent power of the angels. Morris arrived and commented that Lucius had transformed the rebels into the guardians of the world, which was quite rational.
En looked terrified and stated that even the powers of Magic Knights and Nobles were useless against the enemy. But, he then had a change of mind and stated that, even if they had no chance, they had to fight and protect the people. The scene shifted to Sol, who arrived at one of her Golems and attacked the angel. Surprisingly, her Golem was able to block the attack of the angel. Bell commented that it was the power of love. Bell explained that she and Yuno could control the flow of magic and time, which would be helpful in weakening their enemies.
In the meantime, Yuno prepared his Star X Wind Spirit Magic: Never-Neverland attack. Realizing how strong Yuno had become, Klaus commented that he truly had what it took to become a Wizard King. Everyone seemed to be motivated by Yuno, and they attacked the angel. Lucius, on the other hand, trapped Yuno inside a Time Magic sphere, which could speed up time and age him quickly. However, he managed to break free from the sphere and commented that time stood still in Neverland.
Lucius looked surprised and said that it seemed like Yuno’s magic was specifically made to defy him and stated that he (Yuno) was his rival. But, talking about Asta, Yuno replied that he already had a rival, and he (Lucius) was not his rival. The chapter ended with Yuno attacking Lucius with Spirit of Zephyr.
