Battlefield 6 Skins To Be More Grounded
In a recent talk withDBLTAPat the Battlefield 6 multiplayer reveal event in London, design director Shashank Uchil said, “It has to be grounded. That is what BF3 and BF4 was — it was all soldiers, on the ground. It’s going to be like this,” while adding:
I don’t think it needs Nicki Minaj. Let’s keep it real, keep it grounded.

From the gameplay and the looks of things, BF6 has a good start and is already avoiding the mistakes of Battlefield 2042 while trying to go back to its roots and deliver an experience similar to BF3 or BF4.
A similar sentiment is shared by Vince Zampella, the Head of Respawn Entertainment and Ripple Effect Studios, as reported bythisweekinvideogames. Here is what he had to say:

A lot of the comments from the recent multiplayer trailer also like the idea of not having non-military skins in the game. One of the comments said, “Please no non-military skins and nonsense. Keep it like this and it will be what many have wanted for years.” Meanwhile, others were appreciative of mechanics like being able to rip off dog tags or dragging a teammate to revive them.
