The delay would not even pinchZendaya, at least, financially, but her on-screen mother, Leslie Bennett, had to endure the wrath of the delay in real-time as it came down to her struggle to pay rent for the past six months. Appearing in a recent stand-up comedy show at Los Angeles’s Hollywood Improv Lab, the actor/comedian revealed her real fiscal.
“Season three is coming out, I don’t fing know. Don’t ask me, I don’t know. I know, it’s one of those things. People are like, ‘We need season three’, and I’m like b*, I need season three. I haven’t paid my rent in six months,”King said in her gig (viaThe Independent).
